2024 FIM JUNIOR ENDURO WORLD CHAMPION
Following a steady start to the season at Portugal’s opening round in Fafein early April, rising Swedishstar Max Bror Elvis Ahlin (KTM) waited just one week before he began to flex his muscles as the series remained in Portugal, but headed east to Valpaços. Here he backed up a third-placed finish on day one with second on day two and from this early point ofthe season he became a permanent fixture on the podium–more often than not on the top step–ashe exerted his authority on the fiercely-contested class. A double win at round three in Romania was followed by a victory and runner-up finish in Italy at theend of June that gave him a series lead he refused to relinquish. Consistency wins titles and two rock-solid seconds in Slovakia in mid-July saw him extend an advantage he then increased at the start of August in Wales with two-one scores before clinching the crown with second on the opening day in France. In true FIM World Champion style, he signed off with victory on day two at Brioude to hammer home his dominance of a class whose previous champions include Brad Freeman and Andrea Verona.
