2024 FIM QUADCROSS OF NATION WORLD CHAMPIONS

Elevated to full FIM World Championship status for 2024, the FIM Quad Cross of Nations was held ont he final weekend of September and ran along side the FIM Sidecar Cross of Nations at the notoriously challenging Loket circuit in the Czech Republic.

Having won the previous incarnation of the competition six times since 2017 and taken victory at the last two editions, the USA started the day as favourites with Joel Hetrick aiming for his fifth win alongside Bryce Ford and event new comer Brandon Hoag.

With each country dropping its lowest score and team work absolutely vital for nations hoping to be in contention at the end of the day, all three members of the USA squad stepped up to record podium finishes with Hetrick winning his opening race and Hoag impressing on his debut with a pair of runner-up placing sin his two appearances.

After the USA finished first and second in the opening two races the writing was ont he wall and overall victory ahead of the Netherlands and Italy was ensured by an unstoppable pair of performances by Ford–who was a member of the winning team at the previous two editions–who remained unbeaten to seal a famous  win.
